Search Filter

Search Parameters​

There are multiple parameters you can use to search for cheques, such as GL Account No, Journal Type, and Cheque Amount.

Sorting​

You can sort the results by any search parameter and set the sort order to Ascending or Descending.

Page Size​

You can select how many cheques are displayed in the results table at a time.

Operations​

There are 2 main operations available in the Search Filter section:

  • Search: Located at the bottom right of this section. Clicking it initiates the search and applies the current search parameters, sorting field, and page size. Searching with no parameters will return all the cheques from the database.
  • Clear: The X button located to the left of the Search button. Clicking it clears all search filters and resets the results table.
