📄️ Manage Invitees
The Manage Invitees routine allows the user to manage the invitees for a particular Marketing Program. The Marketing Programs and Events referred to in this routine are those that are created and maintained through the Marketing routine. In the Invitees routine, the user can select who is invited to the Event, and can track responses, etc. The user can also track those who attended the Event (after the fact) and allocate Event expenses to those who attended. This routine also allows the user to create Invitee lists and mailing labels.
📄️ Manage Timekeeper Market Events
The Manage Timekeeper Market Events routine allows the user to assign Timekeepers to Market Programs. The Market Programs to which Timekeepers are being assigned are as entered and maintained through the Marketing routine. The user must define each Timekeeper's role in the Market Event, and has the option to allocate budget and expense amounts to each Timekeeper.
📄️ Marketing
The Marketing routine allows the user to establish and maintain the Firm's Marketing Programs. Each program is assigned a start and end date, and is allocated a budget amount. The Marketing Program is broken down into Marketing Events, which are also assigned Event Dates and budget amounts. The break down is then taken one step further as Marketing Events are broken down into individual Activities. Each Activity is given a Deadline by which it must be accomplished. When the Marketing routine is accessed from the eQuinox main menu, the screen shown below will be displayed.
📄️ Create Invitee List
The Create Invitee List routine allows the user to create a list of people who will be invited to a particular Marketing Event. Invitees can be selected according to Clients, Bill Entities, Timekeepers, or from invitee lists from previous Marketing Events. The Marketing Events for which the user is selecting invitees are as entered and maintained through the Marketing routine. Once an invitee list has been created, it can be maintained through the Manage Invitees routine.
